FLORENCE 1011 SERIES

FX series is thermo plastic in nature offering the highest brightness, clarity, transparency and colour strength. FX Series is brighter and has stronger shades as compared to TX, 1011 and U Series. FX Series is of the highest strength in our range of thermoplastic pigments, they are specially formulated for paper coating application.

Softening point above 145°-155° C.

Solvent Resistance Stable in aliphatic, aromatic solvents and in ketonic solvents.
Dispersion Since these pigments are very finely ground they can be easily dispersed by a high-speed stirrer. For a better dispersion they can be wet ground on a three roll mill, attritor, ball mill, bead mill etc.


Applications
Florence 1011 Series pigments have a wide field of application which includes paper coating, textile coating, oil/solvent based screen inks and pencil lacquer. Flexographic and Gravure inks can also be formulated by incorporating these pigments. They can also be mixed with Polyethylene & various other resins for colouring purposes; in this case, the moulding temperature should not cross 180 degrees centigrade.
